Chips's Update from Denver, Colorado...
Hey Y'All! I hope everyone's travelling is going ok and everyone's safe, or else you're settled back into school or whatever!
Denver has been great - my uncle has the coolest and most giant house complete with hot tub, trampoline, air hockey and fuzzball tables, bar, my own room... oh it's just SO good to be pampered after camp! It's been great to catch up with family too, my brother was out here and he flew home today so it was good to see him along with my uncle, aunt and cousins.
Over the weekend I've been at a ranch in Wyoming; riding horses, eyeing up cowboys and playing on a rope swing! Today me and my cousin decided to get our noses pierced so we drove around all day trying to find a respectable place to do it! It feels really weird right now but I'm sure I'll get used to it!
Uhoh: None of my photos are digital, but I'm gonna see if I can still get them on CD at home so I'll send you some then if I can! I went to Denver Hard Rock today too and thought of you!
Pisces: Glad to hear you all arrived in Chicago okay, I hope you all enjoyed the ride!
It's so sad that we all had to leave each other, it came so quickly! I know that camp was feckin minging at times and a really hard slog, but I guess I'm really gonna miss it! I hope we can all keep in touch and meet up at some point, that would be really cool!
The Warped Tour was great, we had loads of trouble getting there and back from the motel, including a feckwit taxi driver who didn't even know where he was going, but the gig was great. Everyone was covered in mud cos of the thunderstorm the night before making the ground all boggy. Not being a rock freak myself I only recognised about 5 songs out of the whole day! But it was still loads of fun.
Uh-oh: I finished Harry Potter and I can't believe you let me read it! My world is crumbling around me! I need the next book to come out NOW!.... Anyway, how was your week while we were slaving away in Lebanon?
Tania: I just got your email and it made me laugh so much! It was great seeing you again at camp today I hope we can meet up before we go home.
